A few weeks ago Paul climbed The Brothers Mountain with...his brothers of course! Sadly, Jonathan couldn't make it but his brother-in-law Kory stepped in for the day. The guys set out on Friday afternoon, hiked up about six miles and set up camp there for the night. The next day they got up early and made it to the summit for lunch. The rest of the day was spent coming down the mountain and then rewarding themselves with burgers and shakes on the road. They made a friend toward the top of the mountain - a pure white mountain goat who kept up with them and actually got close enough to lick one of their hands. They were a little wary at first but he turned out to be friendly. Paul said it was fun to watch the goat just hop around the terrain with no problem while they slowly scrambled up the mountain. Everyone had a great time and no one got hurt (aside from some sore muscles afterwards). 6,866 feet - way to go guys!!!
