18-months-old!!!

Leah just passed the 18-months-old mark! I can't believe it! She is growing up so fast. Seriously, she is really growing fast. People always look at her weird and ask why that 3-year-old can't talk. Hello, she's only a year and a half! She's super tall and already 28 pounds. She's in a size 6 shoe. Maybe she won't be a midget like her mom! Here's some info about our little toddler:

She climbs on EVERYTHING. She can climb up on top of the dining table, on top of the stroller, she climbs up into her high chair by herself, and can climb out of her crib!
- She talks a lot. Most of it we can't understand but she says it very emphatically. She does have lots of words we do understand and it's so fun when she can really communicate with us, like when she says "cup!" when she's thirsty.
- She is impossible to wear out. She can run and run and run and run and run forever.
- She has no fear. If you let her go, she will take off exploring and never look back to see if you are there.
- She's ridiculously cute. I know I am biased but look at those pictures. Look at those eyes! She's super super cute! I love all the comments we get when we are out and about.
- She is super smart. Again, I know I am biased but we are amazed every day at what she knows! She wanted to go outside the other day and couldn't open the door so she dug through my purse, found my keys, and tried using them to get out. She watches everything we do and can imitate it perfectly.
- She loves to accessorize. One of her favorite things to do is try on necklaces, hats and sunglasses in front of the mirror (we have a big box of them right next to a big mirror on the floor). I love watching her expressions in the mirror. She also likes to try on shoes in stores. She will sit still as long as I am getting more shoes for her to try on.
- Her favorite foods are hot dogs, strawberries, and Pirate's Booty.
- She is still an awesome sleeper. Goes to bed with no problems and sleeps 11-12 hours.
- She gives excellent hugs when she wants to.
- Her favorite show is Yo Gabba Gabba! I mean, FAVORITE. She LOVES it.
- Her best friend is Harmon Evans. We are trying to set up an arranged marriage.












Leah is such a good girl and so much fun to be around. We are so lucky to have her in our family, we love her so much!!
