On Sunday Paul gave Leah her baby blessing at Church. We had lots of friends and family there for it and it was a very special day! Leah looked so adorable in her long white dress. Lots of moms worry about whether the baby will cry (read: scream) during the blessing but to be honest, I was more worried about whether we could get her in a good mood for pictures! Luckily she was happy when we were taking
pictures and we have an awesome photographer (thanks Eric!). Once Paul started giving the blessing, the first thing she did was barf up a glob of cottage cheese which popped her pacifier out, so Paul's brother just had to put the back-up pacifier I gave him right over the top of the glob. Then her headband slipped down directly over her eyes like a blindfold. But Leah was pretty quiet through all of that and the blessing was beautiful and perfect! It was a great day!
