Tiptoeing Through the Tulips
As part of Sonya's visit to Seattle, we checked out the Skagit Valley Tulip Festival for the second year in a row. Last year there were no tulips and Leah screamed quite a bit of the way there and back. This year we made up for it with fields and fields of blooms and Leah only did a little bit of screaming. She wanted to pat all the tulips, which is her stamp of approval, so I'm glad she likes them!

How could there be no tulips??? Did you go at the wrong time or did the deer eat them??? I would have cried. The tulips are definitely one of my favorite places in WA. I'll have to take Ryan there someday!
