Visitors

Last month our friends Jen & Joel came to visit with their cute little daughter, Ava. We took them to one of our favorite little "hikes" (more of a walk) near the UW. The paths are right next to the water around some of the little islands where people canoe. Afterwards we had subs from one of our favorite places, Jimmy John's. One of the best parts of their visit was sitting around lamenting about how hard it is to travel with a baby and all the crazy things you do to try to get them to sleep and how none of it really works. I get so annoyed when people with babies go on trips and then say how great and easy it was. Either you are lying or your kid is a weirdo!! (my opinion) We miss you Jen & Joel and hope to get to see you again soon!!
